Greetings McKinney Park East Neighbors,
Due to an internal system issue with our mailing software, we were unable to send the legally required paper notices for the 2026 Annual Meeting that had been scheduled for Wednesday, April 29. As a result, the meeting will not take place as planned and must be postponed to a later date. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
We are currently working to reschedule the meeting, and a formal meeting notice with the new date and additional details will be mailed later this week.
This postponement will not affect any nominations that have already been submitted. To allow additional owners the opportunity to participate, the nomination period will remain open for one additional week and will officially close on May 6. Following the close of nominations, an electronic ballot will be sent to all owners via ElectionBuddy.com to vote for the two open Board seats. Election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting rather than conducted in person.
